Jenn Brown, two time Emmy Award sports broadcaster, host of NBC’s primetime hit show American Ninja Warrior and expectant mom, along with Emmy Award winning producers and authors of New York Times bestselling book Sh*tty Mom Mary Ann Zoellner and Alicia Ybarbo, will be featured at South Florida’s second-annual “The Mother of All Baby Showers,” on Thursday, October 16, at 5:30 p.m. for VIPs and 6 p.m. for regular attendees at Young At Art Museum, 751 SW 121 Avenue in Davie. Tickets are $15 for regular admission and $25 for advanced admission and 100 percent of the ticket proceeds will benefit Young At Art Museum.
The event offers a huge opportunity for parents to prepare for the arrival of a new baby by learning some of the parenting basics and researching the many choices they will encounter as consumers. Educational sessions will cover Planning and Preparing for Baby; Safety, Fitness and Daddy Duties OH MY; and What to Expect (and Not to) from Infancy through the Toddler Years. The “Try It Before You Buy It” area gives attendees the chance to interact with more than 50 maternity, juvenile and family-focused national and local companies. Destination Dad, a new addition to the event, is dedicated to education and entertainment specifically for dads. The evening also includes a pampering suite by BellyLove Spa, tasty treats from local businesses, The Mother of All Swag Bags and giveaways valued at over $20,000.
