After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care needs your help to create our holiday greeting card. The winner's masterpiece will be featured on our holiday card that will be sent to pediatricians throughout Tampa and South Florida. The winner's family will also receive 50 holiday cards for their own use. |

Instructions: 1. Contest is open to children ages 5-12. Entries will be accepted Sept. 1, 2014 through Oct. 31, 2014. 2. Submit drawing in color by scanning and emailing to info@afterhourspediatrics.com, or mail to Attn: Holiday Card Drawing Contest, 4035 Crescent Park Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. Winner will be announced on November 10th, 2014 By submitting an entry, you agree to the official contest rules, including but not limited to, your authorization and permission to After Hours Pediatrics, Inc. to use and reproduce the drawing for print collateral, and on www.AfterHoursPediatrics.com. |
