We just confirmed a summer getaway to the all-inclusive resort, Club Med Sandpiper Bay - I am sooooo excited!
This resort is just a hop, skip and jump away from Palm Beach County (wasn't stoked about a super long drive - this place is about an hour away) and hopefully, it will feel like a World away from all our everyday tasks and worries! 
This beautiful spot is located on the St. Lucie River and is a multi-sport resort center - perfect for active families! They have 20 tennis courts, and 18 hole golf course, and offers instruction on a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, windsurfing and even the flying trapeze! They have multiple pools, a sandy beach, three restaurants, a water play area, fitness center and a luxury spa by L'Occitane
So here is what I found out while researching our upcoming mini-vacation:
* Club Med Sandpiper Bay is Club Med’s only all-inclusive resort in the US and home to the first L’Occitane branded spa in the US.
* Its super-family friendly - with a variety of land and water activities everyone in the family can enjoy - such as sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and even a flying trapeze!
* They also offer childcare for ages 4 months to 17 years - the Kidz Village offers a bunch of activities throughout the week, so hubby and I can enjoy some QT - alone!
* Kids under 4 stay FREE!
* Club Med and the "all-inclusive resort" concept is really on the rise:
- Club Med will open 15 new resorts in the next three years (from 2017), in France, North America, Italy, Brazil, China and Indonesia, and more
- $1.5 billion investment in opening new properties and renovating many of Club Med’s 68 existing resorts around the globe
To be perfectly honest, I am excited to be somewhere that is all-inclusive, so I don't have to plan or think or work out travel arrangements to various outings and restaurants that will hopefully please everyone in my family. I want to wake up, enjoy breakfast without cleaning anything up and go chill by a pool while my kiddos play... oh yes.. I am really looking forward to this experience!
