Join the Delray Beach Library this summer for fun in the sun with their Learn & Lead through Play Outdoor Playdate Series
On Tuesday June 22nd @10:00 AM at Catherine Strong Park in Delray Beach, they will have the kick off of the Summer Reading Leadership Academy program celebrating healthy minds and healthy bodies with an in-person appearance from renowned children’s author Pablo Cartaya.
With an emphasis on pleasure reading and outdoor play the Delray Beach Public Library is encouraging all young patrons to develop their individual leadership skills this summer.
Get a jumpstart on summer fun as we play games, create art projects, dance to music and much more. Free books from popular authors will be given away so meet us at the park and let’s get reading!

Learn & Lead through Play
Ages 7 and under
The outdoor summer fun continues with the Learn & Lead through Play Outdoor Playdate Series.
Held on Monday, June 28th, Monday, July 12th, and Monday, July 26th at Catherine Strong Park Splash Pad come join us for fun with friends in the water, shade, and sun!
Wear sunscreen & water-friendly play clothes, pack a beach blanket, water and snack, then meet us at the splash park for games and stories to delight and encourage your little leaders.
