Mixed Martial Arts school teaching true, effective and street-wise self-defense in a safe, friendly and clean atmosphere. Kids classes include grappling and kickboxing with contact and non-contact classes for age 5+. Adult classes include kickboxing, fitness and grappling with contact and non-contact classes. Preschool program (3-5) teaches pre-kindergarten classroom skills, coordination, special concepts and non quitting spirit.
